Approach
Levels of intervention of the assistance and support services
1 - The first step would be to consult the FAQ (Frequently asked Questions) which maybe has the answer to your problem before calling.
2 - If your question or problem is not found in the FAQ and this is not an emergency, You can 'Ask question' on the menu.
I will respond to your question or problem through the FAQ, that will help someone else who encounters the same problem.
It is important, if you have a problem, please register on the site so that I receive an email when you ask a question. If the provisions
specific are necessary, I will be able to follow up with you by email.
If you do not register, you can make a request via contact (button top-right) which is always available even if
you are not registered. I will contact you by email.
For an emergency I'll be able to guide you by phone for the resolution of the problem.
